Being present in one's own mental, physical and spiritual space is difficult in a world where we are running around unaware of what it is that we might need to help heal ourselves. Being Present Body care focuses on making body care items all geared toward allowing us as individuals to help nourish our bodies and souls, to help give us what we need in that moment to engage with our own sense of peace and gratitude. Natural "medicines" created out of a need to help control chronic pain, and chronic chaos. Being Present helps bring relief to our hectic lifestyles and encourages us reconnect with that voice inside of ourselves that allows us to be one with ourselves and be present in our lives. For this is the moment in which you are meant to be in. Not yesterday not tomorrow but right here, right now.
